If you don't mind the casino crowds and smoke-filled air, Elements isn't a bad place to have a cocktail (or dinner). If you're "lucky" you might get to listen to some live bands, alot of which are 80's style music. The drinks are expensive, the bartenders are so busy sometimes you have to literally flag them down, but for the Redding area the bar seems very nice and when its not crowded it is very spacious! Nice place to hang out with friends if you want to chat (unless its crowded).....they have a nice patio area out back if you need some fresh air.
