I've been going here 4 over 2 years. I love this gym. My favorite things are the classes especially zumba but sherry's class on Mon. & Fri. will whip anyone in shap! I promise! My 2nd favorite thing is the women's only section. It's so nice 2 do free weights with no one watching. My kids love the free daycare even though it's smaller than most.

My most favorite thing about Dude's is there cherry soda. They mix coke with real cherries, it's very good!

This is a favorite with my young kids just because they get to choose whatever they want. My least favorite meal is lunch, they have a very boring selection. Dinner gets better but in my opinion breakfast is their best meal. Their desserts stink!! The only one worth while is their cinnamon rolls. Sometimes they bring them hot to your table. That's the best!

This place has very good Chinese food. I'm always impressed with how their food tastes and the selection you get. It is not as much as a selection as some other places in town but it's worth checking out.

If you've never been to a cold stone it is definitely worth at least one trip. The ice cream is awesome but it is very expensive. I only go every couple of years because of that. You can usually find a coupon for them.

My family loves the $1 scoop Tuesday nights! But my favorite thing about this Baskin Robbins is their ice cream cakes. It's tradition in our family to get these for birthdays. I can honestly say there is usually only 2 pieces of cake leftover. And lets face it, who wants half a sheet cake leftover? My only negative about the cakes is twice they have misspelled my daughters name and also messed up on the colors I've wanted. But they gave us our money back for the mess up. So.....great customer service.

I went to this place once. I will admit I am not a huge gelato fan. I prefer ice cream. They don't have a big selection and their mini cupcakes are cute but soooo expensive for what you get. The thing I loved most was there very large chalkboard that your kids can draw all over. If I could change anything about this place I would turn it into this dessert shop that the hubby and I went to in Sacramento. You could order HUGE slices of choc. cake, cheescake, carrot cake, whatever for $10 a slice but it would feed 4 people. There was such a huge selection and every thing was so delicious the place was mobbed!!! I wish we had something in Redding like that. We would take the family there all the time!!! The Sweetspot would be the perfect location.

This is by far the cheapest place in Redding to get ice cream. (Not counting going to the store and buying a half gallon:) We take the kids here all the time and everyone gets what they want for under $5. There is only 2 negatives that come to mind: Not a huge selection, and no place to sit down with the family and eat the ice cream. Cause heaven knows I'm not letting a 4 yr old and a 2 yr old anywhere near my car with a dripping cone, face fingers, and clothes!!!!!

This place has a great pizza buffet! They also have several t.v.s that always have the game on.

This is my dad's fav. deli. He eats here at least once a week! Every time I take him to lunch this is where he chooses! The owner is usually on site and very friendly, this place reminds me of the television show "Cheers". Except it is not a bar. But a lot of people that eat there are regulars and the owner knows their name. Their sandwiches are good, not as big as some other places but still a good size. They also have great homemade soups.

This Blimpies makes great subs. The owners are very friendly and I've never had to wait more than 10 min before my sandwich was made.

This is my second fav. deli in Redding. They have been around forever!! I'm so glad they moved, their new location is soooo much better. I always get the hot pastrami here. It is pretty fatty and greasy but every once in awhile I have to throw the calories to the wind and splurge:)! However I find their other sandwiches a little on the bland side and needing more meat in them. Try not to go between 11am and 1 pm as this is crazy busy for them. I've waited up to 45 min in line!

What I love most about dutch bros. drive thru is getting the texts from my friends as coupons. It is really genius!!! If you have never received one of these texts your missing out. They usually say something like show this text to a dutch bro and get a coffee for a $1. I wish more drive thrus did this. Maybe it will be the next big thing.
Love their coffee and they're usually very fast.

Far East cafe has been a long time favorite of my family. My mom and I love to split the "B". It's really good and they give you a lot of food. I do love their sweet and sour pork my favorite part is the sauce. It's not red like a lot of others, it's clear and doesn't taste so MSGish. If that makes sense:)

This is the best Chinese food in Redding, considering they don't have a P.F. Changs:) This is a very elegant restaurant. My favorite is there shrimp in ginger sauce. My hubby loves their lemon chicken. It is pretty fantastic. They very, lightly, bread the chicken and the lemon sauce is perfectly tangy! The prices are what you expect at a high end Chinese restaurant.
