This is the best Chinese food in Redding, considering they don't have a P.F. Changs:) This is a very elegant restaurant. My favorite is there shrimp in ginger sauce. My hubby loves their lemon chicken. It is pretty fantastic. They very, lightly, bread the chicken and the lemon sauce is perfectly tangy! The prices are what you expect at a high end Chinese restaurant.

We love this place so much we chose to have our Rehearsal dinner for our wedding here. The food is excellent and the service is just as great. The atmosphere is very unique and would make an enjoyable dinner outing or date for anyone who enjoys Chinese food!

Peter Chus consistently has great food. My husband always orders the dry braised chicken, and I the prawns and green beans. The atmosphere is great and services is always timely.
