Cold Stone Creamery

I am truly addicted to Peanut Butter Cup Perfection. My daughters and I go every single night. I look forward to my daily ice cream, but I think some things could change. They are not always eager to put a lid on the ice cream when you order to go. They are reluctant to give you a bag which I find weird since I don't want my car ruined by dripping ice cream. certain employees are very used to us and just automatically put a lid on and put our ice creams in a bag, but with anyone new you have to ask. Why should anyone have to ask for a bag with a to go ice cream? It's weird. I always order a large too, but they keep getting smaller. I pay for larges, but many times I have come home to see that I maybe have a medium size in my large cup. I feel since I am probably one of their most loyal customers that maybe they should make sure my ice cream is full size. I absolutely love their ice cream, but I do think they could improve the above things to improve customer service. If a person pays for a large they should get a large. If they order to go, maybe they should do as every other business does and just automatically put a lid on and bag it up. Mc Donalds would never just hand you your burgers with no bag!

If you've never been to a cold stone it is definitely worth at least one trip. The ice cream is awesome but it is very expensive. I only go every couple of years because of that. You can usually find a coupon for them.
