This is a great place to eat healthy Mexican food. You will not find the lard saturated beans or rice soaked in butter here. They grill their meat fresh while you are waiting and stuff their burritos with healthy pinto beans, avocado, lettuce, salsa and more.
I totally agree with the other review, that we need to give our money and patronage to the mom & pop locals. Big box is unhealthy for your body and our community. You might be a hurry, but perhaps you should slow down and stop by a local diner like this to get some really good food!

Owner is one heck of a nice guy. Takes care of his customers. I'm partial to the "mom and pop" eating establishments on the west side of Redding. Great lunch spot. Lots of good food for a very reasonable price.
