Just thought that I would let everyone know about a new restaurant in town.  It's called, Kelsay's on the River.  Although I haven't been there yet, I have it on good authority that they are doing a pretty good job.  If anyone goes by, tell them you heard about it on ReviewRedding.com and then come back here and tell us that what you thought!
