For those of you who haven't seen the smoke billowing down Placer Street in downtown Redding these days, don't call the fire department just yet.

You might be see the plumes coming from Mike Tomlinson's new endeavor, Brick's Smokehouse Barbecue & Grill.

Brick's Smokehouse will be open lunch and dinner 6 days a week.  You can stop by for some tri-tip, chicken, ribs, or pulled pork from 11 AM to 7 PM Monday through Saturday.
