In case you didn't know, Bobba Lou's gave all the sandwich shops an early Christmas present, closing it's doors on December 24th, 2009.  The owners stated that poor economic conditions have forced the close.  For every good month they had, it seemed like they had two bad ones.

I am at a huge loss with Bobba Lou's closing it's doors.  I have to say that I averaged at least one #19 Tony Soprano every other week, if not more.  My wife and I both ate the same sandwich.  Although we tried a few of the other sandwiches, the #19 was the BEST SANDWICH OF ALL TIME!

The staff was always friendly and attentive and they will be missed sorely.

But, wait, there's more........................

A little birdie (Bobba Lou) told me that they are going to try and regroup after the holidays.  They are currently in the process of looking for a location that might be more conducive to a steady flow of patrons.  The Buena Ventura location was always busy from about 11:30 am to 1:00 pm, but that's enough to keep the doors of any business open.  I discussed with them the possibility of going into the old location where the "original" TOGO's was (On Churn Creek in the FoodMax shopping center).  Robert said he like that location and would consider moving anywhere on that side of town.

We at ReviewRedding.com wish the Bobba Lou's crew all the best and pray for a new location in the Churn Creek/Dana Drive area.  We hope to soon announce this new location and will keep you all well informed.
